Moronboy, another reviewer on this here site, essentially says in his review of Twilight Zone: The Movie that it is essentially unwatchable. In the spirit of reviewer rivalry, I am going to disagree with almost everything he says. The Landis segment is a disaster, and John Landis took a lot of flack for his decision to keep on keeping on. Four hot directors (Landis, Steven Spielberg, Joe Dante and George Miller) each remake an episode of 'The Twilight Zone' with big bucks and expensive special effects, but add nothing to the originals. Miller's last segment is the best, with John Lithgow in paranoid mode as a man with a fear of flying becoming convinced that there is something on the wing of the place (he's right). Joe Dante's primary coloured nightmare has some ... Read the complete review
