Scream has been the film to change the face of modern horror for the worst, and this is yet another example of it.

Urban legend starts of with a girl driving home, she stops for gas and gets freaked out by the attendant (Brad Dourif aka Chucky) So when he tries to lock her in the shop she runs, unbeknown to her he was just trying to warn her of the person in the back seat. Sound familar, it's an urban legend. Next day at school everyone is talking about the death. Natalie (Alicia Witt) knew the girl and goes into the woods with her friend to talk about it. He then gets caught by the murderer and hung above the car, another urban legend.

No one believes Natalie who suspects that there is an urban legend serial killer on the loose and more people start to get killed, like urban legends, by the freak in the duffel coat. Will Natalie discover the true killer and stop them?

Firstly, this is a good idea for a film, it also has some inventive deaths, but half way through the film seems to drift away from the legend theme and descends into the world of teen slashers. Since when has having your ankle slashed then having your head embailed on spikes been an urban legend. We are confronted with the worst the horror genre has to offer in this annoying little piece of work.

The plot has holes big enough to drive a bus through and it is much too long. The beginning promises a good film but it just doesn't deliever. This is one of the worst scream offspring to have leapt onto our cinema screens. The film is predictable amd we are confronted again with a patient killer who is happy to wait years to exact revenge. So if you are a teenager who adores scream and doesn't watch any horror unless recommended in the latest issue of J17 watch this. If you actually have taste. Dont!

LOL need i explain my NU rating?? well perhaps because you copied an opinion written and posted a couple of minutes before "yours" and changed the title. Plagiarists are usually pretty dumb but you win a special place in that list...
