It used to be that a when a spoof of a movie was ever made it would have something to offer. I remember growing up watching Mel Brooks's classics such as Spaceballs and Robin Hood Men In Tights. They were always funny and contained original ideas and even into the early 00's with the Scary Movie franchise they still had something to offer but now it seems that the creators of these franchises have run out of ideas to keep them fresh and original. Instead they peddle the same jokes and tired gross out comedy from one parody film to the next and one of the more recent additions to this list is Vampire's Suck, a parody of the Twilight movies. Film Only I have to confess that, despite being a reasonably sensible 28 year old, I have a bit of a love for teen films, and teen fiction, and that I really enjoyed watching Twilight. So when 'Vampires Suck', an obvious Twilight spoof, came out, I was pretty keen to watch it and see if it provided any amusement. Being a direct spoof of the 'Twilight' series of films, the plot follows largely the same path - Becca moves to a new town, becomes attracted to Edward Sullen, and discovers that he is hiding a secret - He's a vampire!
