Wild at Heart is a strange concoction from the highly acclaimed director David Lynch. In this film, he directs a road movie of sorts, where a young couple are chased because the mother of the girl does not want them to be together. This means that they are moving fairly constantly to different places. The strange concoction comes from ... Read the complete review

As always, David Lynch is on top form, and Wild at Heart is yet another stunning film added to his list. A violent, sexy road movie based on 'The Wizard of Oz'? It could only be David Lynch... Just when everybody thought 'Blue Velvet' was the most violent and explicit film ever, David Lynch released 'Wild At Heart', with even more violence and sex. However, no matter what Joe Public may think, Lynch's ... Read the complete review

This is basically a road movie but with lots of twists. It is made by David Lynch (who did twin peaks for anyone who saw that, and this film has strong similarities with that and most of Lynch's other work). It starts Nicolas Cage and Laura Dern (who was also in twin peaks) as lovers who take to the road to escape Dern's evil mother. ... Read the complete review
