Advantages: Liotta and...

Disadvantages: ...the whole thing

Whats happens if you take a burnt out megastar, a guy whose career was as a crappy tool show presenter andthe voice o a cartoon character, and 2 guys who I've never actually seen movies by....Well this mish mash of garbage with the odd light hearted bit of giggles.

The movie starts as the journey of 4 blokes in the middle of a mid-life-crisis, John Travolta, Tim Allen William H Macy and Martin Lawrence. As we all know men going through this important transitional peroid in life often...sorry...always, buy themselves a motorbike, it's a well known fact...like when i stick a fiver on someone they are the ones who are bound to lose, ya know.

So armed with a bike each the four guys go on a road trip, from east to west (or west to east...like it matters really), and we get to follow their "mis"-adventures which were, apparently filmed for humourous purposes. Sadly these seem to have fallen by the way side, and the several jokes tried in the movie usually fall flat. Regularly too slapstick for the audience or too...well...unfunny i guess, although their is the odd giggle or two.

The first of these comes about 20 mins in, which is the camp fire scene, I won't ruind it, but scrubs fans should watch out for a familiar face, who gave me the biggest laughs of the movie. This man is one of the few highlights...but alas, his useage is too limited, to about 2 scenes (oddly the 2 funniest).

Later on we meet some "real" bikers, lead by one of my favourite actors, the great Ray Liotta, god only knows why he penned to do this movie as it really brings his rep down after things like Goodfellas and the voice of Tommy in Grand Theft Auto Vice City.

So the movie heads on across the words boredom, unfunny and lacking humour, and eventually reaches a fight out...with has more action in than the rest of the movie, which feels like it's been dragged along like a side car. Really the few scenes that send the storyline (or for that matter humour) forward are so spread out, that the movie barely seems to keep the viewers enthralled enough for them to feel any connection...jesus im wathing it for the second time and can't remember anyones names, which i think tells you everything. The characters don't stand out, theirs no concernable humour and overall, the movie...just well...sucks i guess.

Stay away.

Summary: Marked up for 2 reasons "Scrubs dude" and Ray Liotta
