WRESTLEMANIA 11 was one of the most dissapointing events of all time. I will provide the matches, but not the results in case you choose to watch yourself. BAM BIGELOW V LAURENCE TAYLOR Not been from America I had no idea who Laurence Taylor was. Apparently he's an American football player. Therefore this was a nothing match and there to promote Taylor more than anything. INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPIONSHIP - JEFF JARRETT V RAZOR RAMON On any other Wrestlemania this would have been filler. On this card it was one of the better matches. A solid match, but nothing special. UNDERTAKER V KING KONG BUNDY A real average match. ... Read the complete review

Unfortunately Wrestlemania XI saw a return to lacklustre events for WWF. Following the phenomenal performance from Shawn Michaels in winning the Royal Rumble, despite being number one, he booked himself with former tag team partner Diesel for the World Title. The match wasn't too bad and was probably the best thing on the show, but this wasnt saying match. Incredibly this wasn't the main event, but rather the WWF decided to put their money on a football player, Lawrence Taylor, who had never wrestled before, as he settled a feud started at the Royal Rumble with Bam Bam Bigelow. The match wasnt atrocious, but it was no way good enough to headline the biggest event ... Read the complete review

This was the first Wrestlemania in quite some time that I missed, Our Sky TV broke at the time and we were without it for aocuple of months, it took a few years before I got the videotape of it and watched it from start to finish. This was in 1995 when the WWF really was struggling, after the steroid scandal and McMahon narrowly avoiding prison, the product suffered. In an attempt to raise interest NFL Quaterback Lawrence Taylor was brought into the company to face Bam Bam Bigelow in the main event of this wrestlemania, it has to be said that LT made a tremedous effort, learned the ropes and ended up putting on a very entertaining bouth with the Beast from the ... Did anyone watch the hour long, live Coronation Street earlier this year? If so, then you would have noticed that it was fraught with technical problems. Actors forgot their script (albeit only two members of the cast), camera angles were misdirected, and the sets showed camera wires sprawled along the floor of the Corrie café. It was a gamble, they knew that going in, and I suppose in many respects it paid off, as the problems and difficulties were admittedly the exception to the rule. But I am just trying to point out that no matter how popular, successful, or money making a company or franchise may be, they still make the odd mistake. They still occasionally pick the ... The eleventh Wrestlemania was held in the Hartford Civic Center in Hartford, Connecticut on April 2nd 1995. This Wrestlemania was nothing compared to it's predecessor, maybe they had run out of ideas, I don't know, but basically this was nothing compared to Wrestlemania 10. The best match of the night was actually the main event match, which is actually pretty rare. This match was Diesel versus Shawn Michaels for the WWF title. Wrestlemania 11 was sickeningly sycophantic towards celebrities and had many guest appearances from people such as Jenny McCarthy, Pamela Anderson, and pint sized American prince Jonathan Taylor-Thomas (who?....the ...
