WWE ARMAGEDDON 2006 was the last event of the WWE calendar year.
The pay per view consisted of eight matches which I will provide, but not the results in case you choose to watch for yourself.

WOMEN'S MATCH
There was a match containing lots of the divas that really wasn't worht the effort.

INFERNO MATCH - KANE V MVP
In an inferno match you win by setting your opponent on fire. The match was just physical and not much athleticism. It was decent for what it was and had a dramatic ending.

WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP - PAUL LONDON AND BRIAN KENDRICK V MNM V THE HARDY BOYS V WILLIAM REGAL AND DAVE TAYLOR
A good tag team match with a great pace to it. Lots of great athleticism and high flying moves with many near falls. Good match.

CRUISERWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP - GREGORY HELMS V JIMMY WANG YANG
Another fast paced match with lots of action. The problem with the cruiserweight matches is they don't feel important so you lose interest like the crowd.

US CHAMPIONSHIP - CHRIS BENOIT V CHAVO GUERRERO
Once more a fast paced match. Good chemistry between the two wrestlers and a solid match with great technical wrestling and good submission holds.

BOOGEYMAN V THE MIZ
A terrible match which thankfully went short and was utterly pointless.

LAST RIDE MATCH - THE UNDERTAKER V MR KENNEDY
In a last ride match the winner has to put their opponent inside a boot of a car and then be driven out the building. A phyiscal match that went all around the ring. Some good physicality and Kennedy impressed. Good match.

JOHN CENA AND BATISTA V KING BOOKER AND FINLAY
A strange main event considering it wasn't for the title. Cena and Batista were a good team and the match was good, but nothing that should have been main eventing.

Overall, a good event though lacked a little something extra like a title match.

Avaliable from AMAZON at £12.48 and lasting just under three hours this is an average event.
