Royal Rumble 2005 was the annual over the top rope 30 man brawl from the WWE.
I won't spoil the match results for you so will only provide the matches.

EDGE V SHAWN MICHAELS
Edge desperately wants to take HBK'S mantle. A really entertaining match where both men could have got the win. Really good counter maneouvres and attempts to use each others finishing moves. Quick paced match, thoroughly enjoyable.

UNDERTAKER V HEIDENREICH (CASKET MATCH)
A casket match ends when one person puts the other in a casket and closes the lid. Quite a physical match where there was little wrestling. Undertaker tried hard, but Heidenreich can't wrestle a good match. Poor.

JBL (C) V BIG SHOW V KURT ANGLE (WWE CHAMPIONSHIP)
With Angle in the mix this proved to be a good match. When JBL and BIG SHOW were in the ring the wrestling was brutal, but Angle was the star of the show. Towards the end other superstars come down to try and help JBL and ANGLE meaning the outcome is never certain. Entertaining.

TRIPLE H (C) V RANDY ORTON
The build up to this match focused on Orton having concussion. He acted this out in the match brilliantly with Triple H concentrating his attack on Orton's head. A solid if not spectacular match with Flair getting involved often.

ROYAL RUMBLE 2005
A good Royal Rumble with Chris Benoit and Eddie Guerrero starting it out. A new man entered the ring every two minutes. Shawn Michaels, Edge, Flair were some of the big names involved. Angle got in the rumble match by bullying Nunzio. Some great moments were seen in this Rumble and a few suprises. The rumble achieved it's goal of setting up feuds for Wrestlemania. Cena and Batista were the dominant forces in the Rumble. Watch out for Vince McMahon walking down at the end and slipping where he legitimately injured himself.

There were alot of segments involving Eric Bischoff and Teddy Long who were promoting their brands and drawing out the Rumble numbers. They were quite entertaining segments.

With a viewing certificate of fifteen and avaliable from Amazon at 19.59 overall the Rumblewas a decent event!
