"X-Men Origins: Wolverine brings Logan aka Wolverine and his mysterious past into focus. Of special importance here is the complex relationship with his nemesis Victor Creed aka Sabretooth. The relationship between the two goes back to the year 1845 - and there the film follows on too. Viewers follow the pair as they begin to fight side by side in various wars with their opponents until it finally comes to a end.

Logan, who has always fought against the animal in himself and his alter ego as a Mutant, turns away and leads, together with the love of his life, Kayla, into a middle-class life in the vastness of Canada. But Logan overtakes a fatal blow and he is losing his love and must respond. From there, an action, much out of vengeance begins and Logan himself must face the ghosts of his past - and sets the course for his new life as a Wolverine ...

Overall, Gavin Hood, with "Wolverine" creates an impressive prelude to the planned Origins series successfully, which integrates unexpectedly well in the recent X-Men movies. Not least because of the successful selection of atmospheric music, which knows the mood of the film and supports it always.

Thanks to the great cast "X-Men Origins: Wolverine" is more than just another action film from Hollywood. Again, Hugh Jackman slips back into the role of Wolverine, and obviously enjoys it because he manages to give the character more depth and soul. Opposite him stands a superb Liev Schreiber aka Victor Creed aka Sabretooth, who understands the charatcer in the best comic book style to represent a real villain. The role of William Stryker is well staffed by Danny Huston. Even with Lynn Collins, who plays as Kayla Silverfox, at the side of Jackman, the makers have managed a real lucky strike and the chemistry between the pair draws the audience into a veritable spell.

"X-Men Origins: Wolverine" provides long-awaited answers to the question of what is behind the most popular of all X-Men, and with passion, wit and world wild, furious action!
A little tip: Stay until after the credits!

Summary: What a enjoyable movie
