I've been interested in Yoga for quite some time and now own several Yoga DVDs, a few of them hosted by celebrities. Whilst they are good and do have their merit, I found some of them too basic or too intense - move too fast or too slow. A couple of years ago I came across Yoga for Absolute Beginners by Marlon Braccia. The title grabbed me immediately because at the time I was an absolute novice. I hadn't heard of Marlon Braccia beforehand and didn't expect it to be outstanding. However, I was proved wrong. Her teachings are precise, measured and doable!
