Advantages: Funny, well-directed

Somehow, I think people took this movie too seriously and I have no idea how. I've heard a lot of criticism around this film about how it is childish and pointless, but ironically, the point is that it's childish (excluding the porn!). What I mean by this is that you should just take one look at who directed and starred in the movie and know what's coming.

Fans of movies like Pineapple Express, Superbad and Knocked up, like myself, will find this hilarious. It's classic Rogen and he never disappoints. It's rude, crude and blunt, but that's what makes it funny.

The plot is simple; Zack (Rogen) and Miri (Elizabeth Banks) are flatmates and long-time friends who need money to pay off debts and decide, as you do, to film a porno as a solution. What I like most about this movie is that it's not actually about porn. They didn't over do that aspect, instead it's focused around comedy and relationships. As funny as it is, there are some nice moments included with a great ending.

The title will put some off... and attract others... but really the movie is just a good laugh and I highly recommend you watch it
