... troop get lost behind enemy lines and then discover a crashed spaceship there. Just then they get captured by Nazis who have also captured an alien from the spaceship. This storyline is interesting as I haven't seen many films which involve aliens, spaceships, and the second World War, but its a pity that more money couldn't be put into the execution of the idea. ZONE TROOPERS was produced by Charles Band who would later go on to make the TRANCERS movies. This film also features Tim Thomerson who couldn't act his way out of a paper bag! The storyline has Thomerson as the leader of a group of soldiers during the second World War. Thomerson is a 'hard man' (can he play anything else?) whose troop get lost behind enemy lines and then discover a crashed spaceship there. Just then they get captured by Nazis who have also captured an alien from the spaceship.
