You can add an echo, change the volume of a track, change the pitch of the sound (Only the pitch) change the tempo (Only the tempo) and the speed (Both pitch and tempo) as well as many other fantastic features.
As i said earlier it is also very easy to export your sounds. Either as an MP3 or almost any other format you could care to think of
