Very happy overall with the Sky Broadband service. Fast download speeds, simple to follow instructions and reliability. However my friend is on AOL and she cannot download Sky by Broadband as her ISP appears as a US address. This is AOL's problem but stops the Sky by Broadband software. However there appears to be a download patch on www.sky-broadband.com that can identify UK IP address. The Sky support team are also very friendly and helpful but you should check your internet download speeds and PC Spec before attempting to download. If your still on a slow dial up connection then forget it!
