Sky broadband...... total crap! avoid it all costs, nothing but a load of trouble, constantly losing connection, phone technical and they don't sort it out, the technicians don't seem to know what they are on about, they just say reset the modem, but don't say why I have to do this every time I want to connect to the internet, they are too quick to blame BT, who are not at fault, I know my line is ok because I didn't have any trouble with my prevous ISP, this could be bad news for Sky, very damaging to an already tarnished image.
