Advantages: Easy to use and has alot of good features

Disadvantages: Often contains annoying bugs

Apple Itunes is the must have for Ipod users (mainly because there is no other way to get your music on your ipod if you don't use itunes). iTunes is an easy way to manage your music, videos and podcasts on your computer.

The latest current release is tunes Version 8.0 which does have potential although from my experience since upgrading is that it is bes to wait for the next release as it is buggy and very annoying to use because of it as at the moment there is a bug in the windows version by where your iTunes library shows as pink and purple then to get rid of it you need to minimise it then expand it again then as you scroll down it turns pink/purple again which does really get annoying after a while.

Overall though Itunes is very good to use, easy to use and offers quite alot of useful features including a new feature called "Genius" which makes playlists of tracks already in your library which it thinks you will like.

Summary: Really good bit of software that does just keep improving
