Advantages: Easy, Simple & you won't be confused

There are many music or multimedia players out there, but iTunes has been my music player since... well since forever.

You don't need to have an iPod just to use this software! I did not have an apple mp3 player until very recently, and I've always used iTunes for my music. The other softwares I have are; VLC player and Windows Media Player.

The first thing I'd like to say, is that I love the way it looks. Simple and well organised, it looks neat showing all the wonderful music you have. Easy to search, easy to make playlists and certainly easy to add music - even an option to add a whole folder of music!

iTunes is a must of course, for iPod users, and I've had a shuffle, a nano and iPhone, so it is only possible through iTunes to update my music, or videos. The software is free from the apple website, and it is often updated, which is free also.

It is, I find, the easier media player - though I haven't used many. You can sort music into 'Most Listened' or 'Best Rated', even 'Recently Player' or 'Recently Added' which are very useful, if you forget the names of a new song you've downloaded.

Another thing is the iTunes store, if you're desperate to have a song that's stuck in your head. Not very expensive either, normally around 70p per song, and the download is instant.

I can not say much more than, the fact that it is just simple. All the teachers in schools used it, and they knew nothing about computers! From complex management of many albums, or just to play few songs to lighten your mood, iTunes will do it marvellously.

Summary: Simple, neat media orgniser, for all ages!
