The panorama in Wroclaw is the cities most treasured land mark. It says in guidebooks that locals will be very offended if you visit the city and you don't go and see it. On reading this, I decided it would be wrong not to go and see it while I was there. The panorama is a very large painting on a canvas that covers the walls of a round room from floor to ceiling.
