      Very helpful

      Good if you like Rihanna!

Loud is a DVD from Rihanna which features one of the concerts from her UK Loud Tour. The DVD was released in 2012 and so is fairly recent. The DVD is currently available from as little as £5.02 from Amazon.

Having seen some of Rihanna's other tour DVDs - in the past I have noticed that she seems to use a lot of album tracks (fillers as I call them). Whereas with this concert she seems to have hit after hit which is great as I know every single song she performs. There is so much energy with this concert - it's good. The show is very entertaining.

Whilst Rihanna is a huge star...I don't think that she can actually sing. Yes she may be able to sing in tune at times...but she's just average. I think a lot of the time during this concert she is miming as it sounds too perfect. You soon know when she is not miming as her singing is just really bad - she can't control her voice or stay in tune. So basically this DVD is of Rihanna miming on stage to her songs.

When I go to a live show like this (or watch a live DVD like this), I want to be 'wowed' by the visual side of things. I thought that the sets were amazing; I particularly liked the 'army tank' that Rihanna sits on whilst she's performing 'hard'. I thought that this was really creative. I thought that some of the costumes were good; consisting of nice bright colours so that you could easily spot Rihanna on stage. However, a few of the outfits were a bit dull with Rihanna wearing beige outfits.

As for the dancing? Well what dancing? It just seems to be a lot of 'sexy moves' and grinding. Rihanna herself seemed to keep moving around a bit too much on stage for my liking, so much that I would have to keep moving my eyes to 'search for her' which was annoying.

Would I recommend this? Yes if you are a Rihanna fan and want to know what she is like in concert. Although otherwise, don't bother.

      Thanks for reading!
