Advantages: A great start to the morning I normal have a chuckle on the way to work

Disadvantages: He has too many holidays

Chris Moyles breakfast show can be hear weekday mornings from 6.30 - 10 on Radio 1 97 - 99 FM.

Chris Moyles is, in my own personal opinion, the marmite of breakfast time radio. You either love him or hate him because he irritates the hell out of you. You won't find any "airs and graces" with this cheeky chap who quite often comes out with humour that is pushing borderlines.

I find him extremely hilarious, he takes criticism on the chin, makes no bones about the fact that he is part of uk's overweight population.

I would describe his humour as quite sarcastic, if guests phone in for say "carpark catchphrase" he will blatantly take the mickey out of them, but somehow pulls it off in a way that doesn't offend them.

He can't take all the credit for his breakfast show as a huge part of the shows success is the way the whole breakfast show team gel together.

You have comedy Dave (director of comedy) , who's humour I would describe as quite dry is Chris's sidekick.

Aled Jones is the day time producer, he is very open about his sexuality which of course leads too a lot of on air mockery from Chris regarding his private life. You have to love Aled as on air he doesn't come across as the sharpest tool in the box, and he has a school boy coyness about him. It is fair to say that he is the one team member who is at the brunt of most of their jokes.

Dominic Byrne is the shows News reader (and can also be found on cbeebies SPACE PIRATES as the voice of Zorb).

Carrie Davis reads the sport news and there is Rachel the producer.

All of the crew are very vocal on air and the different mix works really well.

The show a lot of the top 40 music.

The crew are quite often openly opinionated.

This isn't every body's cup of tea but if you haven't listened to them before give them a listen.

Summary: Great to listen at the start of the day, puts you on the right track

Have to say I quite like him...he was good fun with Gary Barlow this morning...although you do sometimes wish he'd let other people get a word in ;-)
