If only Heart FM could only be picked up in Greater London, I live in North Dorset and unfortunately it is the only radio station my boyfriend and I can pick up in our bedroom, and having had the radio on for around three days we decided we could stand it no longer!

In my opinion Heart FM only has around six artists on their play lists, mainly consisting of Ronan Keating, Will Young and so on, I'm sure you get the idea! Certain tracks seemed to be played several times an hour, and if you have managed to stay tuned in for that time period then be prepared to hear the same thing during the next show.

The repetitive tracks are often briefly interrupted by adverts and 'has been' DJ's who are out of touch with the rest of the world and seem to only discuss issues that would only be relevant to your life if you occupied a slot in an off peak soap opera! After five minutes of talk and adverts you may possibly be down on your knees begging for a song from a Westlife archive!

Now I do enjoy the odd cheesy moment as it takes me back to my childhood where boybands were great, but in my opinion this radio station can hardly be described as 'adult contemporary music'.
