Kiss 100 FM is a London-based radio station that plays all the latest R'n'B, Hip Hop and dance music, some garage and house, as well as recent music of the same genres and old classics, which feature on the Kisstory show which airs between 11am and 12pm everyday.

The breakfast show, hosted by Ricky, Melvin and Charlie runs from 6am to 9am and features the best in the latest tunes, as well as competitions and general chat. Other shows of note include Friday Night Kiss with Steve Smart, DJ EZ's shows and DJ Swerve's set from 9pm-11pm, which features 'the biggest hip hop and R&B tunes, exclusives and artists coming through Kiss.'

Totalkiss.com is the kiss website, where a tracklisting can be found, as well as my favourite feature, The Kiss Kube, which acts as an iplayer-esque tool where you can listen to shows again, by selecting the day and time. This feature is great if you are in the car for example, hear a great tune and can't work out what it is, or the DJ says the artist's name too quickly or something; you can go back and listen to it again!

Overall, I love Kiss 100, I wouldn't tune into anything else, as it plays the best of the latest R'n'B, Hip Hop and dance, which is the music that I love! There are also frequent Kiss remixes, which often only equate to them adding a dance beat, but none the less, they always sound sweet! Poor songs are few and far between and the DJs are pretty good at keeping me entertained.
