Im an avid listener to Bam Bam's Kiss 100 show but I have found myself feeling quiet disillusioned with it all lately. For those of you that do not know the history of Kiss, its used to be the pinnacle of youth culture radio stations, they were true pioneers and had an extremely large and strong following.

But I cant help but think Kiss's days are numbered, the exit of the shows producer is just one example of this.

But the biggest annoyance I have with kiss is it's over use of product advertisment. Am I the only one who thinks it's a bit sick when they get their listeners to say thanks to the company who happen to be giving away stuff?

And have you noticed something odd about the news reports? The bizarre decision to place a commercial advertisment inbetween the news headlines! Im sorry, but this really does take the p**** ! It's rediculous and just not needed. Theres a fine line between providing a quality service and making as much money as possible.

When Kiss decided to move the station to become more commerically viable, they were at a distinct advantage due to their loyal supporters, but unfortunately I just dont believe this to be the case anymore, I really do believe Radio 1 is where it is at currently.

I think Kiss could benefit from booting out Bambam and allowing streetboy to have is own show. Bambam just doesnt seem to be very genuine, everything with him seems pre-orchestrated and fake. I guess only time will tell.

Summary:
