Another bargain double CD from Moving Shadow, following on from the '99.1' and '99.2' compilations of last year. The album is in celebration of Moving Shadow's tenth anniversary and is an overview of the labels past successes and forthcoming classics that are only available thus far on limited vinyl pressings.
