Blackout - Britney Spears ... reminds us of what made Britney a house-hold name in the first place. Britney has been making the tabloid headlines for all the worng reasons for too long and this album could be the start of a new beginning for her. She has some of her pop-style hits on this cd but she has also including songs like "piece of me" which is representing her life at the moment and adding a new r'n'b flavour to her album. There are also a few bad choices such as Gimmie More which has a horrible video and makes you never believe that once Britney was a young girl singing songs like "baby one more time" and "oops i did it again" this album is definetly differe... Music Of The Spheres - Mike Oldfield ... a Hindu reference, again drawing Oldfield back to his new spiritual self. As Harbinger returns for a final death blow, larger, more impressive and relentless in its assault on your ears, there is a wake in this aforementioned battle of good over evil, like being in the eye of a storm. On My Heart features the vocals of New Zealander Hayley Westerna, and while I initially dismissed this offering I have since grown to appreciate it. On My Heart to some degree echoes a secondary thought I had in my mind, and that was that this big filmic offering would be rather difficult to identify from that of David Arnolds, in fact something about the score tells me it might well fit i... Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge - My Chemical Romance ... MCR fan, I will try my best not to be bias, but to be honest I cant help it. I LOVE them. This album starts off with the mind blowing song : Helena, writen by front man Gerard Way about his grandma (elena), when she died. This song,Personally, is one of thier best, the lyrics "so long and good night" Just sum up perfectly how he must have been feeling at the time, with the brilliantly performed riff tuning in undernieth. I recomend this album also because not only does it contain some of thier best, most exspresive work, it also telles a story.
