Wow! One hundred hits to bash out at a karaoke night, I can think of nothing more, erm..anyway, this is spread over five discs to make it more managable. I have picked some of the highlights and lowlights from this compilation CD.

There is a modern theme to the first disc, getting underway with 'Valerie.' This is a good one to pretend to be Amy Winehouse to and will no doubt inspire countless women to get up in a drunken stupor. If you fancy something more tearful and refined then the miserable 'Warwick Avenue' by Duffy will provide you with something very sad.

X Factor wannabes are catered for with 'A Moment Like This' though you will one big set of lugs to pull off the end bit! If you fancy rocking it, then do 'Ruby' by the Kasiers, this would work well with a bunch of mates.

Disc two has an eighties theme, as we see tracks from Wham and Duran Duran. I would avoid 'Billie Jean' for obvious reasons and head instead to 'Like A Virgin' which is always hilarious to see someone who clearly isn't, try to look nubile and all that. If you happen to have a blazer and a big quiff, then why not attempt Rick Astley, with that lovely wiggly dance he does!

Head to disc three, where it's a mixed bag of events. I think doing 'Umbrella' could be overkill, after a ten week run at number one. You could always try and be all jovial and conversational with Kate Nash's song, though being a Londoner would probably help.

If you're brave enough to do 'Man! I Feel Like A Woman' then be sure to do it in full drag, just for effect. As we make our way to the fourth disc, there is a definite aroma of rock in the air, with Queen, Guns and Roses, Pulp and Meatloaf. Actually, Meatloaf tracks are always a laugh, they are about fourteen minutes long and so overtly epic!

Disc four is quite laddy and will suit out the real men, so ladies will be more impressed by the last disc where they can pretend to be Olivia Newton John, either of the two women from Abba or perhaps even Gloria Gaynor, which is apparently in the top five karaoke songs of all time.

There is a really good mixture of songs on here. The versions are all of good quality and the price tag is about right too, so worth having for a party.
