Echoes, Silence, Patience & Grace - Foo Fighters: ... Silence, Patience & Grace is the best Foo Fighters album since The Colour & The Shape. Every song wouldn t be out of place in a live set, and the band have also moved to incorporate different sounds into each song by way of different instruments and not just relying on the usual drums, guitars and bass combo. This evidence can be found on tracks such as Come Alive, Statues and Let It Die. The album a...

XICripZ Release Therapy - Ludacris
... 2006 album "Release Therpay", is the sixth album (or fifth if you ignore "Incognegro" by the Atlanta rapper Ludacris. It marks a change for the rapper as he rejuvinates himslef by cutting off his cornrows in exchange for a fade. In doing this, he decided that it was time that he shoudl grow up, and turn himself away from the misogynous past. 1. "Warning" Here is a big starter to really get you going, and make you ready for some music from Luda, just as other intros which he has performed in the past, he comes out to a big, high-energy beat, with some in-your-face rhymes to let you knwo that you are in for some music from Luda, who is j...

Zmugzy Stand Up - Jethro Tull
... Up was Jethro Tull s second album first released in 1969 and reached #1 in the British charts. I remember the tatty gatefold LP album bought by a friend of mine in a second-hand record shop in the early 1990s. The album cover artwork, designed by artist James Grashow, was in the style of a carved woodcut and the album opened up like a child s pop-up book, so that a cut-out of the band stood up - a kind of play on the album s title and something completely lost on the later CD releases. I copied the album onto tape cassette and even though I ve played the cassette till it was practically worn out, I still think it still sounds better than the remastered CD I bought r...

mcicp19 All Eyez On Me - 2Pac
... Eyez on Me is the 1996 double rap album from the late Tupac Shakur, released on Death Row records. On the week this was released the album sold 566,000 copies (a record for a rap album at the time), it went platinum within 4 weeks, had sold over 9m copies by 1999, and now stands as the biggest selling rap album of all time. The album marked a shift in 2pacs style, as past efforts had been full of messages and meaningful songs with a little gangster rap thrown in, whilst AEOM moved to mainly gangster music with a few meaningful ones hidden in there. This is probably down to the fact Death Row Records was owned and ran by gangster Suge Knight, a man who loved to portra...
