Advantages: Over 4 hours of quality music

Disadvantages: Expensive...unless you shop around

I've been a fan of Bruce since the 70's (I was in nappies at the time...I wish!) and I've collected his music, including B-sides and bootlegs. I've also seen him live a few times (a superb experience). Despite this, there is a lot of music on "Tracks" I'd never come across before.
Tracks is a 4 CD set that chronicles unreleased (mostly) material from the 1970's right up until the late 90's.
In my experience, collections of this sort are usually better left in the archives...but not in this case. "Tracks" is full of top quality music that leaves you wondering why it was never officially released. Bruce's album "The Ghost of Tom Joad" I found dreary and boring, but on Tracks there is material of around the same period which is far superior.
Some of the songs were obviously never released because they are similar to other tracks, but in the main it's a set well worth buying.
Incidentally, I've seen this collection in the shops at over £60...I bought it on Ebay for less than £30, including P&P from the States!
