Spirit - Leona Lewis ... sings with so much soul and emotion and passion and it breaks my heart greatly to read that people think Kelly Clarkson is still better than Leona. Anyone who really listens to Leona will realize or should realize that Leona is just a powerhouse that Kelly could only dream of becoming. When I was watching both performances by Leona and Kelly of A Moment Like This, I could hear and see the emotion in Leona s performance and Simon, wow. Simon has never acted so excited for any idol like he has with Leona. I never saw Simon so excited like that with Kelly and it s because Leona is the real deal! Greatest Hits Vol.1 & 2 - Queen ... first volume came out decades before the second one did, and served as a standalone Greatest Hits album until the mid-1990s, when the second collection of hits was compiled. The progression of Queen s style is very evident, especially when you pop out the first CD and put in the second. Personally, I like almost all of the first CD, but can t get into the second one past the first few tracks. The second volume contains much of the later hits in the "glam rock" style, while the first CD (containing the hits from the 70s, mostly) has a much more classic feel. Divine Madness - Madness ... is one hell of a fun album. It is a collection of the best songs from Madness. Their music is lively high tempo ska inspired pop from the 80s. I love this band but disliked the studio album I heard of theirs so this is a good buy. They have released other greatest hits albums, they are all similar with occasional different songs. On the whole every song is a great one here, there are maybe one or two fillers but thats OK because there are 22 tracks on this CD. This is very much feel good music and once you have heard the songs a few times you will find yourself singing along and tapping your feet to the infectious songs.
