Now That's What I Call Music! 61 ... second of three Now That s What I Call Music albums to be released in 2005, Now 61 contains much of the music made popular over the late Spring and early Summer of this year. It ioncorporates a lot of clinically good music, and while not being so much the smash hit poppy album, it certainly has some elements of technical musical brilliance. As an album, it is quirky in its construction, with the charts in that year seeing the dawn of a few new stars shining through as well as a couple of previous stars returning for glory, so it s a case of in with new AND in with the old. 80s Extended Vol. 2 ... journey into the world of eighties continues and I advise you to inspect my twelve inches with a degree of caution, as these are not just any ordinary versions, they are exclusive extended remixes which are very hard to come by! There are thirty songs on this album and each disc contains ten tracks. Not that many, but remember most of the songs come in at about six minutes long, so it equates to about an hour on each disc. On the first disc, be sure to dip into the ultra suave Penthouse And Pavement by Heaven 17. The smooth and sophisticated vocals stand proud and the song has a certain amount of swagger about it. Best Gay Pride & CSD Anthems ... Gay Pride & CSD Anthems My best friend is a gay man who would be absolutely delighted to be described as, as camp as Butlins. He takes me to some fantastic gay clubs (all of which are fun, friendly and play a range of fabulously cheesy, happy tunes), some memorable Pride marches and generally embraces all things sparkly, camp and fun.
