... the summer does ever decide to arrive it is always nice to kick back in the garden with friends or even on your own and have some smooth back ground music to hum along to and some Jack Johnson is ideal for this. Hammersmith Odeon, London '75 - Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band ... bruce springsteen to have a live version of this just sticking around for 30 years without knowing is amazing. The quality in sound is truely remarkable its crystal clear and sounds better in sound than the latter material. a whole show recorded on the 1st night at hammersmith in 1975 london , this was when born to run hit big and london had the posters finally london is ready for bruce springsteen. the hype machine was out of control and bruce was not happy with it, tearing down posters before the show and saying after that he didnt think the show was good. was he crazy? because this finally released with the born to run 30th edition box set is amazingly good. it hol... Live 1975-1985 - Bruce Springsteen ... on vinyl after the massive born in the usa album this became the biggest selling box set ever ( and i think still is ) with a original price tag in the 80 s of £30 thats pretty amazing. on cd this is 3 cd s of live amazement. it starts of with the perfect love song a slow version of the born to run classic thunder road with just bruce and piano. then kicks in with the early live numbers of adam raised a cain and saint in the city etc from thoes small clubs. thoes early recordings are full of magic and stories and grit and determination. the next cd we go intot he arena shows with badlands , the brilliant because the night and a mazing version of racin int he str... Born In The Usa - Bruce Springsteen ... in the usa was one of the biggest selling albums ever at the time of release and it lives up to the hype. with 7 hit singles and brucemania in full swing this propelled bruce into global stardom. recorded with the e street band this album plays more like a greatest hits album where any song would and could of been released as a hit from it as the music is so good. its recorded sand and played well , its as close to pop as bruce will probably ever get. and contains the hits dancing in the dark, born in the usa, im on fire, cover me, glory days etc, born in the usa ( the song ) is not about flag waving like many people are silly enough to think but its about how a vie...
