Spirit - Leona Lewis ... has changed dramatically for Leona Lewis since she won the third X-Factor in 2006. To me, she seemed the favourite pretty much from the start as she can actually sing and has a star quality about her as they like to say on the show. What I do like about her though is that she has stayed very grounded and true to her roots and has not let fame go to her head which is nice. Spirit was her debut album and was released in 2007. According to an article I read Spirit became the fastest-selling debut album and the biggest seller of 2007 in both the UK and Ireland, and made Lewis the first British solo artist to top the Billboard 200 with a debut album. Overcome - Alexandra Burke ... be honest i wasnt expecting much from this album as i wasnt a big fan of hers when she was on X Factor. I didnt really enjoy hearing her sing big boring ballads every week, and i expected the album to be equally as boring. I have been proved very wrong though! After hearing "bad boys" a few times on the radio i knew i had to get the album. It definately wasnt what i was expecting from her, what with the catchy club tune, dance routine and Flo Rida featuring! Although there are a few balady songs on this album there are still good songs that i could imagine dancing to while out. "All night long" is my favourite on the album. It has good catchy lyric... Christmas Interpretations - Boyz II Men ... Whilst this is not the only Christmas album that Boyz II Men have released, It is certainly the better known of the two. They released an album in 2005 called "Winter Reflections" which is a Japan only release and is exceedingly difficult to purchase over here for anything reasonable.
