Blink's debut album is a joyful mixture of frenetic pop stompers and pretty lullabies. While their live energy is a joy to behold, this studio effort does provide a good translation. There is an untethered feel to a lot of the tracks so much so that on occasion you can almost hear main man Dermot Lambert smiling. Lamberts character is stamped all over this record.
