I saw A Perfect Circle in London a few years ago and they were possibly one of the best bands i've ever seen. The gig started with Maynard (singer) behind a piece of white cloth with lights being shone behind it at different angles to make his shadow come up all over the cloth which looked really cool. Then a few songs in the screen dropped to reveal him singing, however he never had light on his face, through the whole gig they manage to keep a shadow on his face which looked amazing.
The songs are really well written and melodic and sound brilliant, Maynards voice is unbelievably good.
The line up for the band is Josh Freese, Jeordie White, Maynard James Keenan, James Iha, Billy Howerdel.
Josh Freese is possibly the greatest drummer in the world, using complex beats and rythmns to give this band an amazing live sound.
If you ever get a chance to see A Perfect Circle then do so you will not regret it.
