Busted were an English Pop Punk band which released two albums and nine singles during their four year history. Active between the years of 2001 and 2005, Busted were a massively popular pop phenomenon with four Number One's to their name, and eight of their nine singles in fact having reached the top 3 in the Official UK Chart. The ninth can in fact be discounted entirely as it was only a Limited-Edition single which never could have entered the charts anyway. 'A Present For Everyone' I feel is the best of the two albums the band released and is in fact one of my favourite albums of all time. Of their four Official UK Number One's, three came from this album; 'Crashed ... Read the complete review

Now I may be the only person that misses the cheeky guitar pop of three guys in their early 20s, but I still maintain that Busted are fab...... even if now that I too am in my early 20s and should know better! So for nostalgic purposes, I thought I'd review their album, A Present For Everyone. The Artist: ** At this point I would like to point out that the album has just come up completely randomly on my itunes..... fate?!! :-) ** Busted were made up of Charlie Simpson (the one with the horrendous eyebrows), Matt Willis (the one from I'm a Celebrity....) and James Bourne (the other one). Their debut single "What I Go to School ... Read the complete review

Pop-punk trio Busted are one of the biggest success stories of the decade in the UK. Releasing two albums from 2002-2004 and scoring 8 top 3 singles [half of those landing at #1] and two million selling albums it's often been argued that the group paved the way for fans of their music to move onto more progressed guitar bands such as The Killers and Kaiser Chiefs and that their music acted as a death to the classic boyband. Their sophomore offering released in late 2003 was far more polished than their debut and was the sign of a band that had found their footing and had simply gone with the flow. With the majority of writing credits on the album attributed to ... Read the complete review

I was very pleased when Busted put out their second album. It was an album which warranted repeated playing thanks to some feisty melodies and enthusiastic vocals. Who are they: UK based threepiece, comprising James, Charlie and Matt. Vocals are shared and most of the tracks tend to be written by James. On this album: Off to a brilliant start with the showstopping 'Airhostess' which is a tongue in cheek look at flying, as the boys deliver witty lyrics like 'I messed my pants when we went over France'. They all muck in with the vocals here and it sounds like they are having great fun with it. More of the same winning formula ... Read the complete review

A PRESENT FOR EVERYONE is the title of British pop group BUSTED's album. The album features 15 tracks. The opening song AIR HOSTESS is a real fast paced track with terrific energy. The chorus is full of vigour and the lyrics have a real sense of fun to them. CRASHED THE WEDDING tells a good story through the lyrics aided by the superb energy and instrumental support. WHO'S DAVID has a excellent intro though detiorates towards the chorus and is vocally quite weak. SHE WANTS TO BE ME is too corny as the lyrics are mushy and the melodies don't flow well. 3AM has a belting intro which continues towards the chorus ... Read the complete review
