Advantages: loads of great songs, great lyrics
Disadvantages: none
I love this album, it is one of my favourites. I didn't fing the first one so good, but this was a complete suprise to me to find out that it was very good. Savage Garden are one of the better groups to come out of Australia. They have exellent tracks, but they don't seem to do so well in the charts, maybe it's because everyone has the album. I think this is an exellent album, it is full of great songs even though there are only twelve, the track listings are below; 1. Affirmation; They sung this at the Olympic games, it's what persuaded me to buy it. A great track about many things. They fitted a lot of things into this one and it is full of feeling, it is probably one of the best. 2. Hold Me; I like this song and always listen to it. This is one of those songs you either love or hate and lickily for me I love it. 3. I knew I loved You; This is the only let down of the album. It is a very soppy song which doesn't suit Savage Garden's style. I always skip this one. 4. The Best Thing; An exellent song but can get a bit annoying if you play it too much. I enjoy listening to it and find that it is good if you are in a mood. 5. Crash and Burn; One of their released tracks. I love this one and it is probably my favourite on the album. Crash and burn is a song that almost everyone likes although some don't. 6. Chained To you; A very typical Savage Garden track, it is full of enthusiasum. I like this one and often listen to it when I am bored. 7. The Animal Song; A wierd song with some wierd lyrics but none the less a good song. It is very catchy and I definately like it. 8. The Lover After Me; This isn't my favourite song but I don't dislike it either. 9. Two Beds and a Coffee Machine; Wierd title I know but it is a good song. I think it is explaining a hotel or something like that. It is a bit confusing but it is a
good song. I like it. 10. You Can Still Be free; Not one I listen to all the time but occasionally i'll put it on. It is an ok song and some people will like it. 11. Gunning down Romance; Another wierd title, but that doesn't matter it is a great song and one I definately like. 12. I don't know you anymore; A great good song to end a great album. Although this isn't the best on the album it does serve it's purpose well as an ending song. I like this one and sometimes listen to it. This is a great album and the best one from savage garden. I love it and like most of the songs. I think that this is a must have for all Savage Garden fans and even if you're not you'll probably like this.
