"Ain't A Damn Thing Changed" is the 1991 release from the East Coast Hip Hop duo of Gregg Nice and Smooth B, Nice & Smooth. It comes two years after their debut album "Nice and Smooth" which managed to grab the attention of many as they came with humourous rhymes to act as a counter-balance to all the newnew a Gangsta rap which had built up on the West Coast of America.
