And Then is the fifth album of American RnB artist Joe released in 2003. Joe is one of my favourite RnB singers of all time, I have listened to all his albums and have enjoyed every single one... I first heard of Joe in my early teens and this was the album that brought him on the RnB scene in my opinion.
