And Then is the fifth album of American RnB artist Joe released in 2003. Joe is one of my favourite RnB singers of all time, I have listened to all his albums and have enjoyed every single one... I was listening to a list of his albums this evening with a friend and thought I d come here and check which ones I have not written reviews for yet... I first heard of Joe in my early teens and this was the album that brought him on the RnB scene in my opinion. All That I am is Joe s second album released in 1997, Almost every track on this album was a hit and it is one of those albums one can listen to time and time again and still enjoy... Joe has a great voice and great vocals, he mostly sings about love, love-making, relationships, and is well known for the ballads really as he is pretty good at doing them with the great combination of well written lyrics, soundtracks and the way he sings with loads of passion...
