This is a band I'm not actually that keen on but this album is amazing, I really love it, Especially Fat Lip which I first heard on Kerrang! T.V

Introduction To Destruction ***
I think they made a bad choice by using this as an opening, Its boring and there is no singing in it or rhythm behind the voice at all! Bad choice deffinatley, If it wasn't for the other tracks on this album I would have gotten rid of this CD by now.

Nothing On My Back ****
This just gets straight into it with the rhythm. It is great and the vocals are brilliant. I didn't actually like this track when I first heard it but I guess it has grown on me. The beat is fast and catchy, something I look for mainly in music.

Never Wake Up ***
This is a good track I like the chorus but its a bit of a mess at the verses the only thing I can really hear is the beat. The track is only 50 seconds long and I guess thats just enough time for this one if it carried on any longer it would have gotten on my nerves.

Fat Lip ***** R
This is an awesome track and deffinatley recommeded to many people.
The rhythm and beat go together well and the chorus of this track is absoloutley brilliant. The bass line is excellent and tops the song off well.

Rhythms ****
This track starts off brilliantly, The vocals are great and the rhythm of them go well with the lyrics. The beat stands out well in this track and is very hooking, It goes great with the rhythm guitar.

Motivation ***** R
This is a brilliant track and easy to remember, Its very catchy too, it will pop into your head from time to time and then you just need to listen to the track, It is brilliant and I always love listening to it.

In Too Deep *****R
This has a great video to it. The vocals are excellent in this track. The tempo is nicely set and the bass line is awesome. The riff is amazing and is one that sticks in your head for ages.

Summer *****
This is a brilliant track. I love the lyrics, the whole track put together is very upbeat and catches your attention from the very beginning.

Handle This ****
A track that has a nice upbeat but slow rhythm is a great track and thats what this one is it's a great track. The lyrics are sung brilliantly all through-out the track, I can't find a fault with this one at all.

Crazy Amanda Bunkface *****
This is a great track, upbeat and catchy, I like the rhythm it gets your head going along with it. This song actually reminds me of some of Blink 182's stuff. Vocals and lyrics are great.

All She's Got ***** R
This is an amazing track its upbeat and got a great tempo, Again it's got a Blink 182 feel to it and that isn't a bad thing because Blink 182 are great! The vocals are awesome and the lyrics are the type that stay in your head and play over and over again, I never get bored of this track. Recommended.

Heart Attack *****
This track has great acoustics at the begining that goes nice with the vocals/lyrics. A great bass line that mixes well with the drum beat. All in all great track.

Pain For Pleasure ***** R
Such an amazing track It is only 1:43 long but it is brilliant, They put this track on the end of the Fat Lip Video and it is great! It has a metal feeling to it and is just not Sum 41 but they did something different at least, you get these bands that just stick to their normal style but this band did a Metal track as well as Punk Rock, It is great!

Summary: good album worth buying
