**Before i start, i would just like to say i just writ this out on Dooyoo, and it took me nearly an hour. Then i clicked submit and Dooyoo told me that there was something wrong with my opinion and then proceeded to delete the whole thing!!! So i am not going to write the whole thing out again. Instead i will write a Cut-down version....i hope you can enjoy this oneas muchas I know you would have enjoyed the one i just spent a long time writing....**

SUM-41 ARE:

Bizzy D (Deryck Whibley) : Guitar/vocals
Brown Sound (Dave Baksh) : Guitar/vocals
Cone (??) : Masterbasser
Stevo 32 (Steve Jocz) : Drums, Mums and Bums

(I found the "Drums, Mums and Bums" bit pretty funny)

Sum-41 are like Canadas answer to Blink-182. and there are many similarities between the two. They are both melodic bands, who play some amazing punk/punk rock/pop-punk music. They can get crowds jumping like not many other bands could, and they are quirky and funny at the same time....there isn't many bands that can claim ALL of that in their repatouire (i think that was spelled wrong...oh well).

Anyway, contrary to popular opinion, this is NOT Sum-41's first album. As many of you Dooyooers will know, th bands first album was "Half Hour Of Power" which was released last year, through Island records. The album contained a track which wsa included in the UK version of "AKNF", it is called 'Makes No Difference'. I will tell you more about that later on. For now, i guess i should give you a track listing.....

*Introduction To Destruction (:37)
*Nothing On My Back (3:01)
*Never wake Up (:52)
*Fat Lip (2:58)
*Rhythms (2:59)
*Motivation (2:50)
*In To Deep (3:27)
*Summer (2:49)
*Handle This (3:37)
*Crazy Amanda Bunkface (2:16)
*All She's Got (2:22)
*Heart Attack (2:49)
*Pain For Pleasure (1:43)
**Makes No Difference**

My favourite tracks a
re :

*Never Wake Up - A song that really has no words....well none that can be recognised....very, very fast.

*Rhythms -A song which can get me jumping around like a headless chicken...well actualy most songs can do that, but this track is still totally rocking.

*Summer - Despite the title, this song has less to do with summer then 'Heart Attack' does!! more about a relationship going wrong.

*Handle This - Another song about relationships going wrong but a lot slower and heavier.....another brilliant track...

*Heart Attack - This is actually to do with the Summer, and how you should spend it with your friends and sleep in and just have fun. Very good words old chap!!!

******* ******* ******* ******* ******* *******

Makes No Difference - As i mentioned earlier, this song is from 'Half Hour Of Power' and was the albums biggest hit. there is two videos which are being circulated for this song, one live and one a proper promo video. The latter involves a house party and Deryck with BLACK hair! and the former involve synchronized dance routines, drive bys done with water pistols, the band running round a toy store throwing basketballs riding trollies and skateboarding, and the band trashing TV's by throwing them down cliffs!!! The live one is much better abd funnier, although the promo one is almost as good...

Once again i am sorry this one may not seem very good, but as i said i hspent over an hour writing an opinion on "AKNF" only to have it rejected, then dissappear!!! Hope you enjoy!!
