Advantages: ldn, friday night

Disadvantages: not enough songs

a really great album by a really unique singer. every track has a ska-pop feel to it and while some take a few listens to get used to, most of them are instantly addictive. the best song on the album is friday night because it keeps things simple and has a really catchy beat that you cant help but have a little bop to. the one thing i really like about the album, that i dont really look for in songs, is the lyrics. they talk about things that your average pop song does not. there seems to be a lot of heart felt honesty in some of the stories told through the songs. ldn is a great song for this time of year - really cool to listen to in the car with the windows down on a sunny day. this is a coffee table album - dont stick it on the shelf - leave it on the table for guests to see that you are happening!

Summary: for a debut, it aint half bad!
