I remember the days of Bonita Applebum and other tribe classics such as lyrics to go and we got the jazz. if your looking for classic such as these you may be slightly disappointed when buying this album. Ok it does have some good tracks such as breathe and stop a classic for years to come, but many of the tracks on this album are similar and consist of the same jerky beat where the tunes and jerky paused and the beats normally laid and reversed on top. Amplified is the 1999 solo release from A Tribe Called Quest's QTip. A couple of years old now, you should find the CD in the mid price range, and it's certainly worth spending seven or eight quid on! I wasn't real familiar with ATCQ's stuff prior to buying QTip; except the famous one... 'can I kick it... yes you can!' used in numerous footy ads/trailers. But after hearing QTip's solo singles 'Breathe and Stop' and 'Vivrant Thing' I rushed out to buy his album.
