Anthems of Rebellion is my favourite Arch Enemy album of them all. The 2nd album with Angels Gossow on vocals (replacing Johan Liiva). The album starts with the intro track, Tear Down The Walls, and then goes straight into Silent Wars. Silent Wars is one of Arch Enemy's finest moments for me. Track 3 is called We Will Rise which is Arch Enemy's biggest song. Any fan of Arch Enemy knows this song and loves it. And after this album, Arch Enemy did rise and become one of the biggest names in metal. If you like great guitar solos then you will love this album with Michael and Christopher shredding. With their fifth album, Sweden's Arch Enemy seem to finally take heed of their criticisms and follow a less contradictory formula for melodic death metal, abandoning most of the frivolous eighties game show style guitar solos and returning to a more aggressive and heavy sound not really heard since Michael Amott's days in Carcass.
