What I can say is that it is a masterpiece, an album full of vitality and aggression from the first minute until the end, a journey into the darker sides of life and the resulting consequences, the combination of growling vocals, film quotes, clever lyrics. The inside cover is rather gross, with a pale piece of skin (possibly chest) that has had a 69 cut into it with a razor blade. On the back there is a zombie like creature (the same person as on the front cover) who has a huge crack through him. One of the greatest metal albums of all time, lots of classics, a cohesive album, good lyrics, music and production A bit hard to swallow at first for some people, some of the guitar solos sound cheesey - but were probably still cool then, and are still exciting

Heavy Metal - 1995

Perfect if you want something loud on, Sounds rather 'Black Sabbath' in places . Not everybody's type of music

Excellent, compelling, distinctive prog-power metal. Elias Holmlid fancies himself as a soundtrack composer.

Better guitars. Still lacking in power.

Faster. Samey.

Approachable and entertaining neoclassical music. Too much reliance on obvious cover songs.

Some great tracks, a consistently impressive voice, great bloke A bit dull and dirgey at times, some over-used songs

Good Reflective sing-along songs Might be disappointing if your a fan of the Souls old sound.

A quality album from start to finish - Absolutely Brilliant! Short album that can be heard in less than 40 mins

Bright music, listener friendly The odd weak track, lacking imagination
