Advantages: A fantastic album, every track a good one

Disadvantages: Your eardrums may dissolve with time...

With the release of Appetite for Destruction in 1987, the Guns 'N' Roses era began in which the band would take over the world. And from listening to the music on this album, its not hard to see why. The facts speak for themselves, appetite for destruction has become one of the biggest selling debut albums of all time.
Every single track on this amazing album is hard rock at its best, there is not one song on it that does not sound good. The hard sounding, headbanging, pulse racing sound created by this fantastic band is unique. Axl Rose's (lead singer) vocals come at you hard, loud and with aggression, while Slash (lead guitar) throttles out amazing guitar solos which perfectly accompany this. Add to this the powerful drumming, bass and rhythm guitar and you have a full and exciting sound.
Although all the onsg on it are good, there are a few which stand out, such as "welcome to the jungle", "Paradise City" and "Sweet child of mine" (The solo in sweet child of mine has to be heard toi be believed). Its powerful music, and one things for sure, Appetite for Destruction certainly didn't hit the platinum jackpot by accident.
"THE BEST ROCK ALBUM EVER", buy it now and see why see many people agree with this view.
