Products similar to Apple Venus Vol.1 - XTC
In Search Of Truth - Evergrey
Creative and compelling prog-power metal.
One too many dull ballads.
Monumension - Enslaved
Great progressive metal for those with more extreme tastes.
Too much reliance on these new elements, which aren't as developed as the old.
Mardraum - Beyond The Within - Enslaved
Original and distinctive progressive black metal.
Mechanical production sound is grating.
Isa - Enslaved
Holds your interest, is very cool
may be slightly repetitive for some.
Blodhemn - Enslaved
Better production, more great black metal songs.
Less creative.
Frost - Enslaved
Hugely atmospheric, varied, very intense
A little cheesy/disjointed in places
Ensiferum - Ensiferum
The most accessible Viking metal, with memorable songs.
Tends towards similarity.
Heathenreel - Elvenking
Great example of folk power metal.
Elements clash to some extent.
No World Order - Gamma Ray
Unadulterated heavy metal for genre fans.
Mix Judas Priest with Helloween, and dilute.
Powerplant - Gamma Ray
Continues the classic metal sound.
Almost entirely derivative of itself and other bands.
