To be honest I rate Beyonce more for her physical beauty than any other talent she has but my sister loves Beyonce's music and so I found myself, when borrowing her car for a long road trip and forgetting to bring along any music, listening to her BDay album. I am a fan of Hip Hop and R and B but I find Beyonce's music generally too "commercial" and not "street" enough but I have to say I enjoyed this album and have subsequently downloaded a few of the tracks from the album. The album has a generally upbeat and Hip Hop feel and no one can doubt Beyonce's amazing singing voice. Her voice is so sexy and she always seems to hit every note to ... Read the complete review

'B'Day' is the 2nd Solo Album by the fabulous American born RnB artist Beyonce' Knowles and after very much enjoying her first album and also her work with her group Destiny's child I obviously HAD to get this album. B'Day was released worldwide on September 4th 2006 and apparently only took Beyonce 3 weeks to complete. Which just goes to show that when an album is an emotional one from the heart (which this seems to be) then a work of art does not need to take years. The album has a total of 13 tracks and lasts an average of 45 minutes (which is not very long for a full length album)------ and this is my opinion of the tracks.... Déjà ... Read the complete review
Products similar to B'day - Beyonce
Griefshire - Elis
Creative gothic metal.
Still relies on all the genre clichés.
Witchcult Today - Electric Wizard
Mind-meltingly heavy revival of early doom and psychedelic rock.
Owes its sound to the past.
Come My Fanatics - Electric Wizard
Defines the modern doom sound, effective use of feedback techniques.
A little lacking instrumentally.
Ix Equilibrium - Emperor
Original sound.
Experiment isn't entirely successful.
Tetra Karcist - Enthroned
Good guitar work, and some hints towards better things.
Rooted too much in the standard black metal sound.
Fatal Design - Entwine
Standard gothic metal for unadventurous HIM fans.
Lacks individual character or memorability.
The Painter's Palette - Ephel Duath
Creative and ambitious.
Doesn't live up to its grand ideas.
The Score...an Epic Journey - Epica
Something extra for Epica fans and soundtrack collectors.
Not a 'proper' album, lacking the rock instruments entirely.
The Divine Conspiracy - Epica
Heavier, angrier, more gripping.
Boring ballads still ruin things.
The Phantom Agony - Epica
Creative use of vocals.
Symphonic elements lack restraint.
