Another classic album which takes you back to your mis-spent youth. Didn't everyone have a T shirt that said Frankie Says.... If you want a nice trip down memory lane to when the video for Relax was banned closely followed by the song itself (why to Radio 1 do things like that????) then this is the album for you. All the greats are on there and when you listen you just can't help singing along. My personal favourite from Frankie is "The Power of Love" - I had it played at my wedding. As for the Gay thing, we've always loved gay bands really havn't we? Right Said Fred, The Village People. Say no more. ...

The greatest band of the 80s really comes alive with their greatest hits LP Bang. There might only be 13 tracks but as you'll know if you're a fan most of the tracks are longer than standard record, the longest one being over 13 minutes. As usual with greatest hits the quality of the tracks is fantastic with favourites Relax and Two Tribes kicking it off. The album cover has a Frankie symbol embossed in gold (there's no mistake in identifying the artist of this album). There are no remixes just great originals. Let's Talk About Love - Celine Dion
Pop - Dance Pop - 1997
Filosofem - Burzum
The first few tracks are superb atmospheric black metal at its finest
The remainder of the album is nothingness
Fear No Evil - Grim Reaper
Some great heavy metal songs with instantly memorable choruses. Excellent band name too.
Nothing new, and too absorbed in breaking America to have enough respect for itself.
Enemy At The Gates - James Horner - Soundtrack
Soundtrack - 2001
Easy Pieces - Lloyd Cole and the Commotions
Pleasant poppy sound, suitably gloomy lyrics
Can be a bit gentle for my tastes
Drunken Lullabies - Flogging Molly
rabble rousing , slam dancing , singalong punk at its best
a bit brash for some tastes
Dust And Glass - Farfield
Beguiling and subtle electronica for the descerning ear
Some might not like the lack of 'danciness'
Dignity - Hilary Duff
It is unusual and unique and there is lots of variation
It probably won't do very well as Hilary's talent gets unfairly overlooked
Crystal Visions: The Best Of Stevie Nicks - Stevie Nicks
2 Disc quality package that comes with a bonus DVD of videos, promo work and commentaries
Price changes; no present appearance of the singer; some errors on track notes
Corinna Fugate - Undertow
very frank and heartfelt lyrics with angelic vocals and melodies to match
some may find it depressing
