Advantages: great tune, emotive lyrics

Disadvantages: not to everyone's taste

As you may have guessed by my reviews, I really like 'The Beach'. As a fan of the book who was disappointed by the film, I find this song absolutely perfect. It has a great start, reminiscent of the languid, relaxed journey in the book, and then moves uptempo to match the book's final stages. The lyrics are beautiful - anyone who has read the book must know that this states prescisely what the point of the novel is: a search for paradise, a journey to find heaven.
My best praise for this song is that this is the only one that I can listen to over and over again without ever tiring of it.
