The band is still on top form, despite clearly overreaching on occasion, and although the folk elements have now been all but eradicated from Enslaved's sound, there's still effecti...more

All songs are first-class original material. You obviously haven't heard this!!!

The whole album The other three members solo LP's

Hard Rock at its best A little repetitive

Experimental death metal, foreshadowing major sub-genres. Overlong.

Approachable death metal. Too many weak songs and failed attempts to combine genres.

If you liked the first one, you'll probably enjoy this too. Re-treads old ground, and doesn't have its predecessor's charm or talent.

The sound is quite bouncy and fun, the vocal lines are very well sung out. The music is really quite generic and contrived; it's all been done before and better.

Nothing To Prove - H2O
Uplifting, full of fun, vocally excellent, instrumentally striking. The 5 minute spoken outro is incredibly unnecessary.

The guitar work is quite strong, instrumentally impressive. The sound has been done better before, the vocal performance lacks passion.
